Hot Springs National Park awards new concession contract for Buckstaff Bathhouse

Hot Springs National Park has awarded a new 10-year concession contract for Buckstaff Bathhouse, preserving and expanding access to the park’s traditional thermal bathing experience.

The agreement will introduce longer operating hours and advance reservations, making it easier for visitors to plan appointments and use the historic bathhouse’s services.

Buckstaff Bathhouse is a prominent part of Bathhouse Row and continues the bathing traditions that have long defined Hot Springs National Park. The new contract is intended to support that legacy while improving convenience and availability for visitors.
