Yosemite National Park will open all park campgrounds beginning this month

June 12, 2025by Ranger Tom0

Yosemite National Park has announced plans to open all 13 park campgrounds this summer. This will be the first time since 2019 that all campgrounds within the park have been available to the public. The move is expected to significantly increase the number of camping options within Yosemite, with an estimated addition of 500 campsites.

The opening of the campgrounds is a significant milestone for the park, marking a return to full capacity after a period of closures. These additional camping areas will provide more opportunities for visitors to enjoy the natural beauty and recreational activities that Yosemite has to offer.

For more information on the opening of the campgrounds, visitors can visit the Yosemite National Park website. The park encourages visitors to plan their trips in advance and adhere to all safety guidelines while enjoying their stay.
