Dome Fire Update, September 25, 2026 (morning)

The Dome Fire grew by 228 acres since Thursday morning and was 17% contained as of Sept. 25, according to Yosemite National Park officials.

Fire crews are continuing to build and widen containment lines near Bridalveil Creek, Empire Meadows and Horse Ridge as they work to limit further spread.

Officials said no roads, buildings or utilities are under immediate threat.
