National Park Service Seeks Proposals for Kayak Rental Services at Glacier Bay

The National Park Service is inviting proposals for a 10-year concession contract to provide kayak rental services at Bartlett Cove in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve near Gustavus, Alaska.

The concession is intended to support visitors who want to explore Glacier Bay by kayak, offering access to rental equipment from the park’s main visitor-service area. Interested operators must follow the agency’s proposal requirements and submission process.

The selected concessioner will operate under a long-term agreement with the National Park Service, which oversees commercial visitor services to ensure they align with park protections and public needs.
