November 2026 Notice of Flight Operations

Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park has issued its November 2026 notice of planned flight operations, advising visitors and nearby communities that aircraft activity may occur over parts of the park during the month.

The flights support National Park Service work such as monitoring natural and cultural resources, conducting research, maintaining infrastructure and assisting with park management. Flight plans may change because of weather, volcanic conditions or other operational needs.

The park shares advance notices to help reduce surprises from aircraft noise and keep the public informed. Visitors should check official park updates for current conditions and any schedule changes.
