Great Smoky Mountains National Park Plans Maintenance on Gatlinburg Spur from Sept. 28-Oct. 1
Great Smoky Mountains National Park will conduct essential maintenance along the Gatlinburg Spur from Sept. 28 through Oct. 1.
The work is intended to improve roadside vistas for motorists traveling the route. Park crews will use temporary single-lane closures so the maintenance can be completed safely and efficiently.
Visitors traveling on the Gatlinburg Spur during the project should be prepared for possible delays and use caution around work zones.
