Isle Royale National Park Seeks Commercial Use Authorization Applications for 2027 Operating Season

Isle Royale National Park will accept applications for one-year Commercial Use Authorizations for the 2027 operating season from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30.

The permits allow eligible businesses to provide authorized commercial services within the remote Lake Superior park. Prospective operators must apply during the designated window to be considered for the 2027 season.

Applicants should review the National Park Service’s requirements, permitted activities and submission instructions before applying. Additional details are available in the park’s official announcement.
