Mount Rainier National Park Announces Fall Construction Activities for Fryingpan Creek Bridge Replacement Project
Mount Rainier National Park, working with the Federal Highway Administration, will begin fall construction activities for the Fryingpan Creek Bridge Replacement Project on Sept. 28.
The multiyear project will replace the existing bridge while improving visitor access and addressing long-term infrastructure needs in the area. The work is intended to provide a safer, more reliable crossing for future park visitors.
Visitors traveling near Fryingpan Creek should be prepared for construction activity and possible access impacts as the project moves forward. Current conditions and travel updates are available through Mount Rainier National Park.
